skimmer question

I am setting up a 75 gal and have not made any purchases yet.
Will be buying Pro Clear 125 wet/dry. I am looking for an in sump skimmer that will fit. Doing a lot of reading and have decided on the Aqua C Urchin.
I am setting up a FOLR. Will the Urchin be sufficient, which will handle up to 75 gal or should I go w/the Urchin pro.
For the pump would a maxi-jet 1200 be recommended. I heard the rio pumps aren't worth it.

Not sure if the Aqua C Urchin Pro will be too big for sump, since what I've read on the Urchin is that it's pretty efficient but would it be maxed out in a 75 gal.

DO not get a Rio pump. In about a 3yr time I have had 2 of them blow on me. Thats not fun to clean up in your tank. They are also known to leak some kind of oil a few people here in town have said.
