Skimmer Question

I have a 75 gallon DT and a 30g refugium. I have an AquaC Remora skimmer and I think it is not big enough, it skims alright, nice and black. Can I run 2 skimmers? I'm thinking of adding a nano skimmer rated for 30 gallons.

I don't see why not but you might be better off trying to sell your aquac and used that money plus the money for the nano skimmer and upgrade. I haven't read a lot of good reports about the nano.

I agree with the above reply.
You would be better off upgrading to a single, bigger skimmer rather than adding a smaller one.
The more water volume you have, the taller the reaction chamber (air bubble chamber) needs to be and the more powerful the pump running the skimmer needs to be.
You could also overdrive your current Remora with a bigger, more powerful pump if your sump can handle the addition of some micro-bubbles without them being fed back into your display. This will also increase the skimmer's efficiency.
