do not glue any pad to the box.
you can see on the box in the side there you can see the lines there they are holes and you want to close them becuase the bubble will go through this holes .
you need to make holes just in the bottom of the box , any hole you see right or left put on it the glue to block this holes , again do not glue the pads to the box.

well i did something, i dont know what but now is working i think....water is coming up but i can control.....how much to the top should i control the valve....

NEVERMIND.......the crazy skimmer overflowed again.......woke up this morning and had water all over the floor.....i knew something wasn't right.....
geeeeee going crazy, going to go home and see what i can do, will try to take it out and see if i can do something with it.......
just driving me nuts....

check your tube the way i saw it look like it is tight .it's work for you before you said did you play with the tube (if it flow it's because the air blocked i don't see other reason).
try to pickup the tube from the right side to the top not as it look on the picture.

HEY MAVGI
I think I got it....the air tube i put to the right side and it was straight and i guess now air is coming out easily and not getting stuck.....I know can control the valve...
Such an easy thing to do, but took long time for me to get it...dum..dum...dummbb..
