hi i have 125G tank that has been running for 2 1/2 weeks. I have about 3/4 inch substrate. 65lds LR 6 damsels no cleaners, 2 ehiem ecco filters. i cannot see any bubbles or anything in my skimmer i was told it might take a few days but i have been fiddling around with the air intake and nothing is happening what should i do next?

What brand of skimmer is it and keep in mind when a tank first cycles there is not a whole lot to skim.

it's a seaclone skimmer.. and i guess it might not have anything to filter.. Any simple ways to know how the setting on the air intake is? What am i supposed to see in my chamber? Bubbles or nothing until it has to clean stuff out

I'd think you ought to be getting something. I added 50# of LR to my newly-set-up 100g on Saturday and was getting some really foul skimmate within 36 hours. I understand there's a break-in period with the SeaClones, but you ought to be well past it now. I don't have any experience with those, or I'd try to help you out more...

You need bubbles. I thought the same thing about my new nautilus skimmer, but found out that my pump needed to be bigger to create more suction, thus more bubbles. Not sure how to fix yours. Maybe a pump issue.
