skimmer

:help: HELP I recently bought a protein skimmer, and after it was running for a short time my anemone decreased in size dramadically. The skimmer is releasing lots of air bubbles into my tank. My impression is that to many air bubbles are bad for the critters in my tank; I thought most of the oxygen in my tank should come from good water circulation (which I have). I know anemone's don't like fluctuations in water quality, I was wondering if the drastic increase in bubbles could kill my anemone. And if I should find a different skimmer that does not excrete as much bubbles? :help:
thank you

Try your best to stop the micro bubble in your tank. Water habitants dont like bubbles. Try to filter them with a sponge.
