skimmers and bubbles?

if a skimmer runs for a long time will the bubbles eventually decrease from the tank?

Is this a new skimmer? If so, its probally still in the "break in" period. You can always use baffles, sponges, etc. to remove micro bubbles if the skimmer isn't new.

HEY DANIEL HOW LONG BEFORE THE SKIMER STOPS PRODUCING ALL THE BUBBLES RISING TO THE SURFACE IN THE TANK?

I think it rather depends on teh brand of skimmer. My cheapy Lee's air stone driven skimmer never produced bubbles in the tank, but skimmed okay, my Via Aqua never stopped producing bubbles in the tank unless the cartridge filter was installed into it. Without the cartridge filter the bubbles would continue to dump into the tank.
What brand skimmer? Maybe that will help people to solve this for you.

the brand is an aqua c remora for my 60 gal.
I just dont like seeing the airbubbles rising as i watch my tank
