Yuk! spoon... I'm way to claustaphobic for that...
Me, stomach, unless I'm on the floor, then back, but on the couch, I'm definitely side, same with the chaise.
And when I slept on the hood of my HMMV, I was side there too...
And in the car on the way to work, I'm sitting...chin on chest, but that's not an option here...
...So, it really depends on the location.
But spooning is never an option.

Haha! At first, when they were all new, I remember wishing I didn't have them cause it felt like I was laying on a couple of tennis balls.

Mainly stomach but sometimes side but never with out fully mounting a body pillow.

i sleep on my stomach, with my head on my right arm. (no pillow.) left arm and legs hang off the bed as much as humanly possible. otherwise, i cant sleep.

I sleep on my side in the middle of the bed and cuddled with my hubby's pillow because it smells like him. Comfort issues when he's gone. When he's home I don't sleep.
