Small feather dusters boom in my tank

I just thought of this. I have been feeding the zooplex twice a week as well as feeding my tank frozen foods. Since the fish can eat the zooplex should I not feed the frozen the same day that I do feed the zooplex? I guess this could be part of my problem with my sandbed. Can I add the garlic xtreme to the capful of zooplex?

Thanks Ophiura. I think the way you wrote it came out a heck of a lot better than the way I wrote it. The small ones are the ones I was referring to that generally don't live.
I guess if one is already feeding the tank, those minis are going to grab what they can and just have a shorter lifespan.
I have some nice Hawaiian Dusters and spot feeding them phytoplankton has proven to be beneficial to them. I do it basically when I think about and go to the refrig - which is as seldom as possible.
