Small Tank

I am looking for some advice on what I can put in my tank. I have a 3 gal AuquaEl fish bowl with light and filter system. I don't want to put a lot in the tank, but I want it to look nice. I have set up and maintained salt in the past, but nothing this small. I have a Dansel in there now for the cycle, but I need some advice on what can go into the tank without it getting out of control. I would love to put a small piece of live rock with some clowns and a crab. Please let me know what you peeps think.

Thanks for the response. Any other recomendations? I stopped at my fish store last night and talked to them, but I would like to hear from some of you.

First, I would only put 1 fish max. Clown goby is a good choice. There aren't that many other fish small enough.
