Small White Spot ID

These small white dots have appeared on the tank. Looks like little cream puffs. There is something in the middle of each one like little dots. I have a great camera but dont know how the heck to get it to focus on something so small.

There should be a macro symbol somewhere on the back of the camera. You know, the little flower symbol.

okay totaly didnt work. the camera cant focus on something just a mm big. One of the is definitly white with circles. the others are not like that but they are starting to populate the glass. should i scrap them off or keep them because they are good.
