small white spot on the back of my new maroon clown

it is a small white spot on his back fin what is it, also he just swims at the top of the water and he wont eat. I got him 2 days ago>

care to provide more information? I can't even guess what the one white spot is on a fin. It could be a number of things, some possibly bad. Could you describe the spot, is there more? anything else we need to know
