Small worms

I noticed yesterday very small worm swimming in my 75 gallon fish only tank. near the sand. I watched it for awhile before my 3 stripe damsel ate it. Any idea if it's bad or not?

Regardless of it being good or bad, its gone!

Ya gotta admit, that was funny!
If it was swimming that long it might have been an epitoke - a polychaete worm that has fully or partially converted it's body into gametes for reproduction.
