Your biological filter's main job is to get rid of fish waste. Unless you see big piles laying around, it must be working. You don't need snails or hermits for that job.

I had about 10 Trochus, 5 Astreas, 10 Nassarius and 5 Ceriths in my 40G and 5 hermits. IMO, hermits are a waste of money. They'll kill eat other or the snails for the shells. They're really not necessary to a CUC, cleaner shrimp and snails do a far better job.
I know what you mean about the LMB, my Black Combtooth drops bombs in my tank!
Cleaner Shrimp and Nassarius snails should be able to take care of that. You might want to also consider a sand sifting goby, that's what I did to help keep the sand clean. I'd have more Nassarius snails for the tank if my hermits would stop killing them.

are nassarius snails the ones who sift deep into the sandbed?? I have never seen a fish dump so much in my life. its bright green poo it drives me crazy

Herbivores do generate more waste than carnivores; because plants have much less nutrition than meat. Thats why herbivores, like your LMB, tangs, etc have to graze all day to get enough to eat. The same thing goes for cows, antelope, and land herbivores. I have to admit; I haven't ever heard anyone so freaked out about fish turds.

Increase your water flow to suspend the solid waste for mechanical filter to pick up. Most of use have enough water low and never even see fish turds...LOL

HAHAHAHAHAHA I'm not really too concerned about it, its just i'm afraid that it will screw around with my water parameters if there is too much. Am i overreacting or no??

As mentioned earlier; if your tank is cycled and you have a functional bio-filter; waste will be broken down. If not, no tank could function for long. Every animal, including snails, create waste, the bacteria in the biological filter take care of it. Yes, IMO, you are overreacting---just let your system do its job. Check your water parameters, if all is well...no sweat.

Yes, you're over reacting, but I know what you mean about the blenny poop, LOL
If there's not snails in your system or no clean up crew for that matter, you're going to need one.
I have a tremendous turnover rate in my tank and the blenny poop still is seen, it looks like little mouse droppings in the tank when he goes and I HATE it! The snails, especially nassarius will help some in my opinion.
