Anyone know if this is a snails eggstrand.. i just turned the lights on and saw the snail laying it across the glass, and there was one before on a rock, that i was wondering what it was... if it is, are they fertile, and should i maybe put them in a seperate refugia to mature? Any help/knowledge would be appreciated..

Has anyone tried raising the eggs?
The reason i ask is because i am planning on starting a small coral farming business, and snails would be a bonus. Though i suspect i would have to actually grow algae covered rocks to replenish their food source once they started growing. Anyone ever tried, had success?

Yes. They have a very short non-feeding planktonic stage and then settle on the substrate. If you have a sanb bed they will burrow under the sand and feed on Diatoms at night. You should see tiny Ceriths in about 2 months.
