Snail Fight?

My snails i just got are latching on to each other and wont let go... black shells vs. white shells... what do i do? Is it bad?

Not at all... snails just climb on whatever is in their path. Mine to that all the time.

Snails are A-sexual, meaning that they don't necessarily need another snail to reproduce. I have a freshwater tank at work that started w/ one snail that i got from the LFS - now i have around 50 snails...

today i witnessed my nass snail spraying out what appeared to be eggs..literally thousands of little tine egg shaped things..sum were stuck together with a sticky looking membrane..kinda like frog eggs....but not nearly as thick..and the goo stuff was clear...think they could be eggs?

I wish my snails would start propagating, I need some puffer food.
