snail id

i have been seeing these tiny little snails in my tank but last night when i looked in my tank there was hundreds of them :scared: they are very small they are white with brown stripes around them. do any of you no what they are and are they safe?

Those are probably stomatella snails.
I have many in my tank after starting with only a few. These will reproduce in your tank. They tend to be nocturnal. They are desirable. You will never have to replace them. They will regulate their own populations.
