Snails dying problem

I have had a problem with newly added snails (Margarita, Astreas etc.) and have noticed that my Fancy Nassarius Snail comes out to ponder over them as soon as I enter them in the tank then shortly after they have passed away. Water parameters good and drip acclimating for 2+ hours. Anybody know if this snail can cause problems with the smaller snails?

1. how big is your tank as this could be a territorial issue. it may just not like new/stressed out snails near it.
2. my nassarius is very aggresive towards other slower moving snails as he has come over to them, climbed on them, then left. i would arive 1-2 hours later and find them dead.
3. simplest solution just make sure u put the snail further away from ur fn. he probably will lose interest after a little while.

What are your specific parameters?
Have you ever tested for copper? Do you have brass fittings?
Do you buy them from the same lfs?
