I decided to stop by my LFS yesterday on my way home from work, and as we all know this can be a dangerous thing to do since I nether leave without picking up "a few extra things"
anyway I picked up another SFE about 12inch and a small 1inch niger trigger
which brings my stock list to
2 sfe's one about 10inch and the new eel about 12inch
1 small niger trigger
1 pigfish(grunt about 4inch)
The trigger is doing great and eats like a pig.
the only problem is that the smaller sfe (been in tank for about 2 weeks) has been picking fights with the new sfe I figure this is a territorial thing so I move around a rock in the tank and added a few 1.5 inch pieces of pvc but still the eels fight .
Its like watching MMA they fight for about 10seconds the break up an go to separate corners and get ready for round two
I don't see any wounds so i assume that there fighting for dominance My question is if any one else has had the same problem?
the tank is a 75gal with a 55gal sump.
