Snowflake Eel and Dwarf Lionfish?

I was wondering if putting a dwarf lionfish and a small snowflake eel in a 35 gallon setup would work?

a 35 gal is too small for a lion...even a dwarf i wouldn't put in anything smaller than a 55...same for the sfe (although it would be fine by itself in a 35 for a while)
