snowflake eel for a 55 gallon,,semi reef

hey just wondering why snowflake eels are not good for a reef tank.. i had one before and i had a few polys and anenome, and some other small SC but never had a problem.. so anybody have the idea why people say not to put them in a reef tank??:thinking:

Will they leave all shrimp alone or just the cleaner shrimp?? Like, could you put a coral banded shrimp in the tank? or would he just eat it??
