i was wondering if it would ever be posible to keep a snowflake eel with small fish in a 40 gallon fowlr. do you think all the feeding in the world would keep him from picking off the little guys?

thanks trigger i appreciat all the HELP!!!!! and every one else who helped!!!
No windex use lysol... No in all seriousness I personally wouldn't put a snowflake eel in a 40 gallon I think it would be kinda cramped for it. Then again it might work. When I had one in my 65 he left all the little guys alone, but I did target feed him good.

lol, thanks thats exactly the kind of answer i am looking for.
No problem :t^: eels tend to have various personalities some are shy or outgoing, some are timid and others are aggressive as all heck. I've seen a tessalata have a small percula as his buddy, and others had to be in a tank by themselves.

mine is pritty relaxed he lives with my serpent star and hasent attacked anyone "yet" and i am getting a much bigger tank i just dont want to tear down he tank to get him out. last time i tried he hid inside a peice of live rock. but thats only because he is like 12''.
He will probably be fine then. Snowflakes aren't like undulated triggers, they don't turn homicidal over night. Just keep him fed good and keep an eye on his behavior
