Snowflake Eel Tank Size?!?

i have a 50 gallon, with a baby picasso, and a yellow tang. should i get a snowflake eel? or will it get to big or will that be overstocking my tank?i had a black edged moray before, i loved it, but i wanted to get something a bit smaller. what should i get? i want a snowflake.. what should i do?

most books say 30 gallons. i say 55 would be best. it should be fine in a 50 though. bo

50 is ok grouperhead is correct 30 is considered min for a Snowflake eel. Thats the one to get hardy, cute, interesting, and adaptable with other fish (not smaller then its mouth tho please). Needs some type of rock to hide under and a tight lid as they are escape artisits if given the chance (in other words they like to carpet surf).

yeah, i need to replace some of the glass on the top of my tank, it got stepped on and broke =( i have seen them at petssmart so i will get one. i have rocks and stuff for one to hide in, my black edged moray escaped out the tank and didnt make it. =(

i was thinking of loosing the tang and get something a bit smaller... what should i get? i will be upgrading my tank in the future, but i dont know to what! and i dont think i can keep the tang in my tank that long..
