Ok call me emotional but today our snowflake eel died and of course I cried. But I just don't understand what happened to him. All water paramaters are fine and have been fine since we got him about 3 weeks ago. The only thing that was in the tank with him is the humu trigger. A couple days before he died he looked like one side of his gill was inflamed and by the next morning the inflammation was underneath his head (I don't really know how to explain it). Its like it was a bump on the right side and then it just moved underneath him. What could it have been and what could have caused it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
