LFS has some absolutely gorgeous Yasha Goby females.
I already have a Yellow Nose in the tank. (Both the same Genus.) Everything I've researched says they should be ok together. My primary concern is that the Yasha is about twice the size of my Yellow Nose. That may or may not be offset by the fact the the yellow has been in the tank for some time and has a territory staked out that the Yasha could in no way invade except by digging it out.
Here's hoping.

I have had a Yasha sighting. She's hiding behind one of my rocks toward the back of the tank. I can see her reflection in the side glass w/ the flashlight.
No issues whatsoever with the Yellow Nose at this point, but Yasha's only been in the tank 30 hrs.

So this is something I didn't count on.
My Firefish is checking out the Yasha. They're both about the same size. The Firefish doesn't appear to be acting aggressively - they're just hanging out in the same area.
Fish.
