Just to look and the guy tells me that I need a fish that will eat bristle worms and flatworms. Most bristleworms are bad, according to him, and you need a sand sifter because there's a lot of bad stuff in the sand.
This is a guy who does his research

Bristle worms are definitely not bad... They are just like earth worms they keep you sand fresh by stirring it up... They may become over populated but you can pick them out as you see them... Also something else that is fun to watch destroy bristle worms is a nice arrow crab they will eat it like an all you can eat buffet...
Flat worms on the other hand can sometimes be bad for your corals

I love watching my animals eat bristle worms. - My pink spotted goby caught one the other day, it was so funny watching him try and eat it. - It was like me trying to stuff a foot long sub in my mouth at one time!
