THEY SENT THEM TO THE WRONG PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FYI DO NOT use 800 flowers. They literally have 0 customer service only a sales department all my order concerns had to be emailed!!!! I had to scream and yell at a sales manager to get normal customer service concerns answered. It was a nightmare, we ended up getting the flowers but really ruined the suprise. I will never use this company again thats for sure.

they are horrible.....and don't they charge a crazy delivery fee??
next year make dinner and have flowers waiting for her at home, or deliver them to her yourself and take her to lunch

lessons learned boys lessons learned lol The flowers did show up today but at least I got a full refund plus 20 dollar gift cert, but I will never use the company again extrememly poor customer service (or literal lack therof) When I called them no one picked up and said to email online...."goodbye"....so GOOD BYE!
