From what I see it looks OK. Mouth is NOT gaping, tentacles still look good, how does it's base color look? Don't give up, I think it just wants to settle.
You might have mentioned your parameters. Would you repeat them if you did please? Also, how often and what are you feeding? Thanks...OD

the anemone looks fine but you have a lot of brown alg on your sand bed...
