Who did they have in the White House back in the 90's when they were getting the exact same type of contracts?
Must have been someone pretty powerful because Algore presented them with an award for efficiency.
When you have pull or money you can always get what you want isn't that how you play in DC.

Yeah, I've got an idea, lets attack one of the few companies turning a profit during this "recession." Heck we should close it down!
Yea, they are turning a profit at the expense of the American tax payer. They charge ridiculous amounts of money for things that cost near nothing, they charge ridiculous amounts of money for water that is supposed to be purified for the troops to drinkk and bathe in and do not purify the water, they'll send a semi or two with no cargo on a convoy going both ways empty just to charge the government for the additional truck's trip. Do you need me to keep going? Please dude, get real. I guess people see what they want to see when it's convenient for their argument. They see nothing else but what they think as the right thing. I'm open to discussion about things. Look up all the past employees of Halliburton that worked for them in Iraq and see what they have to say. It ain't nice stuff.

Don't know where you get your info but my kid happens to be in the Army and did his first stint in Iraq, One of his jobs was water purification. Guess I should let him know Haliburton owes him back pay.
Haliburton got slammed for the price they were charging for sodas and upon further investigation it turned out that their prices were in line with what they should have charged. The major portion of the added cost was due to the price they had to pay for the security firm from Kuwait THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT REQUIRED THEM TO USE.

Since it is sinful to make me pay for something I don't believe in or agree with, I'm just gonna throw something out there. Halliburton. How much of our money has gone to this company?
Sinful?
A lot less of your money has gone to Haliburton, than my money that has gone to SS, Medicare, and all the other "New Deal" plans that have blatantly been used for the past 50 years to buy the votes of a segment of our population.

He has no idea...
I see KBR every day. The logistics side of the front over here would come to a screeching halt without them. Screeching...
