i have just set up my 105 gal acrylic tank, i filled it up and have noticed that it isnt quite level. will this be a problem? and also whats the best way to go about correcting this?

yes it needs to be leel. if it is not the weight will be unbalanced and will put more weight on oe side causing it to crack

Definitely. The tank needs to be level.

can anyone give me tips on how to do this without emptying the tank?
also i dont know if this matters but the stand has small feet on the base of it

One way would be to pry little wooden wedges underneath the side that needs to go up. This is what I did for my tank.

i forgot to ask. i have the tank on carpeted floorboards. (lengthways across the supports ofcourse) i am assuming that it is normal for some slight rocking when you pass near it or am i mistaken?

what do you mean by carpeted floorboard? like floorboard on top of carpet? if so IMO i would tear up the floorboard and carpet. remove the carpet. make the floor level. them replace the floorboard

I think he means carpet on top of floor boards.

i just bought the salt and water conditioner for my new tank. i asked the LFS and they said fill the tank then add the salt then the conditioner. is this the correct order cause this seems a little backwards to me.

i have mixed the salt and added it. i also put 3 shrimp (dead for cycling as i heard this was the best method) i have not yet added any sand or LR. will this matter? or should i remove the shrimp and wait until i add the sand and LR?
