Anti-bacterial soap has properties that when rinsed down a public drainage system and into a local water recycling plant can cause the destruction of benificial bacteria within the water treatment plant. This in turn can cause the treated water to harbor microbes that can possibly mutate during the summer months into pathogens that can make there way into drinking water supplies. These pathogens when ingested could possibly build-up within the cortex of the brain and when death occures may keep the body active and hungy, only reaching satifaction when feeding upon the brains of living humans.
But I could be wrong. There may not be anything wrong with the use of anti-bacterial soap as long as you rinse well.
