sock in the sump

if u see your sock inside your sump dirty, you replace it or just rinse with water? mine, i rinse it but it still look dirty..

what sould i do?

soak it with vinegar?

I run mine thru the washer with a little bleach.Cleans them like new

I don't use bleach, just run them on the HOT setting. If you do use bleach just make sure you rinse it well.

thanks for the input guys.. but my question is.. you put it in the washer by it self ? cause the washer it kind a big.. dont u think?

I put my white socks in with them and run a cycle on a small load.Kills 2 birds with one stone

im also new to the sock in sump thing. Can't you just turn it inside out a spray it with a hose? or does this not get it clean enough?

I washed it by hand first and then submerge it in a bowl of bleach, leave it there for one night, rinse it real good with water couple of time, air dry it for a week until the smell gone away. Worked for me.
