Soft corals & compact lighting

I have just moved and am setting up my tank. I'd really like to set up the reef with some nice corals or anenomes. I was told that because I only have power compact lights that I can only keep soft corals & mushrooms. If this is true what soft corals would you reccommend.

i'm sure someone will answer this but try a search first. start slow and research. don't worry about corals OR anenomes for a while. 6 months or so. longer for the anenomes. i have 195 watts of pc on my 30 g.

I have a 4x65W PC over my 55 that's been up and going for a couple of years now. I have mushrooms, zooanthids, xenia, leathers, star polyps, open brains, bubble, plate, favites, moon rock, hydnophora and a few others just to give you an idea of what I've had good luck with. PC generally isn't enough light to keep anenomes, but even if I had stronger lighting, I don't think I would want to try.

Thanks guys,
It's great to know there's hope for PC's. Once I get up and running I'll be back.
Thanks again
