Solid White Zoos

How common are they?
I have never heard of them untill today. Is it a true color or probalbly been colored dye or bleached color, dont mean dead put artificaly colored to solid white. They look healthy and fully opened in the LFS.

i have seen a bunch of sea matt polyps that were bleached out and looked white . they opened fine but looked white. some almost looked clear. just about any given time i can go to our LFS and find some bleached looking polyps. after proper lighting chances are they will turn brown.
i have however seen many bright whitish/grey/ center zoos but all had some sorta colored skirts

What's up Dog? Junkie here. They come from the waters of the caribbean. Mostly from Puerto Rico, Venezuela or Brazil. They are beatifull and preaty rare. Grab them if you still have the chance.

Doing good. I got them. About 50 plus polyps on a rock for $ 24. Ill post a pic when they open back up. Hope it wont take to long. Thanks

OK, been in my tank less than an hour and starting to open up. I couldnt wait any longer. Ill post another once fully open.

Keep me in mind for the future. ( Frags that is, 8-10 polyps )
Keep everyone posted on the color, let us know if they change to brown or not.

HMMM. Very unique but I'm curious after they're in your tank a while if they'll turn a little shade of brown. Keep us posted.

looks very nice, I can see why u had to have them. Keep us posted and hopefully their color won't change a bit

Yessss! Those are the ones I was talking about! In time the body and the skirt will turn a little purple but the center will stay pure whtie. :D

I am willing to bet that they turn a light shade of pink . . . possibly a neon green mouth too.

Hi All. There still white and staying open but they have not swelled to be as big as my other zoos. Dont know if there suposed too or not. I cant remember how big they where in the store.

Yep thats where I found them. He only had the one rock dont know if he will get more.
