to frag it use a vary sharp pair of scissors or i use an exacto blade and cut the desired amount of the colony get a piece of lr and a toothpick along with some rubber bands stick the toothpick in him a little bit under the half way mark on his stalk and secure him to the lr with the rubber bands by rubber banding the tooth pick to the rock
ps dont make the bands too tight or the pick will tare through the coral just make it tight enough to hold him down securely i will try to find a pick

Do you have to get part of the main stock and foot or can I just cut off a finger, or a complete arm. I guess my question is how much do I need to cut. I would like to get two or three frags off one arm.

if it were me than i would get a stalk it doesnt have to be the main one but i would get a stalk it may be hard to frag just a finger or something like that
how much you frag is up to you to

Wow . . . I really like the color on the bubble coral! You must have some strong actinics over your tank to get it to flourescence like that! Nice!

sorry i know this isnt a great pic and that you cant see the coral being fraged to well but you can see what i am referring to
