Some help on canopy! "NOT ENOUGH ROOM"

I have a CPRBak Pak and it hangs about 2 inches into the tank. I have a similar issue with a canopy and trying to find lights to fit - I am on the verge of buying VHO to retro fit into the canopy, would that work with yours?

You could get a compact fluorescent retrofit-that is what I have-and just screw it into the top of the canopy. You just need sunglasses when you open it.

With my canopie's I have normal output so I would have to blow alot of money to get it to work. I can buy a complete fixture cheaper.
