Some Help Please

Just bought a 10 gallon this weekend, it has a small carbon filter system and a regular 15 watts aqur bulb, now the big question what will I need to convert this thing into a salt water tank?
Will the current filter system be okay, (without a skimmer) and will a 10k light work (no room for a blue one) It will be fowlr. That is until I find me mantis that needs a good home.
Any help and suggestions will be great.

You should ask this in the new Nano forum, you might get a better response there. You'll need to include what you want to keep in the tank.
