some help with stocking please

Am doing a fowlr tank
these were some fish i was thinking about please give me your opinions on if these would work thanks
btw 210 with 40 fuge and 40 sump
1 x tassled file fish
2 x 1 black and 1 red volitan (2 total fish)
1 x purple tang
1-3 x yellow tang
1-2 x paired maroon/or gold stripped clowns (either 1 or 2 not 4 total)
that is all and maybe a wrasse of some sort
btw the clowns will be adult size ~4 inches and the lions i hope to get as small as possible
but the clowns will much much bigger than the lions mouths
the tassled is the only fish im worried about but i dont anticipate many fish nipping at it.
stocking order would be the file fishand lions 1st
then the clowns
then the tangs

i might get the clowns first so that they get big enough to not be eaten by the lionfish. at full size theyre fine, but when theyre small they could be a quick meal.
