Hey everyone, I finally got my digi cam and I just started taking pictures of my tank (please excuse the poor quality of shooting). The tank just has live rock/sand/ and a clean-up crew. Two days ago my rock was heavily covered in algae, but the clean-up crew seemed to take care of that. I was also wondering what those brown/plant looking things on the live rock are? Any constructive criticism or general comments are appreciated! Thanks.

I like the way the tank looks...that rock looks good the way it is stacked. The live sand makes it look good as well.

Looks like you've got a bunch of sargassum macroalgae. I have a few pieces in my 75 gal. It grows like crazy with good lighting. I let mine get 5-6 inches tall, then rip it back to the rock. A week or two later, it's back. I plan on taking the LR it's on, and using it in my refugium(under construction) when it's finished. Looks like you've got a lot of it.
