its actually a elephant skin sps coral , great deal on some awsome corals good job

The scientific name is Pavona or aka "Cactus Coral"

i just looked up elephant skin coral on google and that sure looks like what it is.. i also read it grows pretty slow so i guess i got a decent deal on that for $40..

just make sure it gets alot of flow cause it has no polyps or sweeper tenticals

i got the green monti frag for $5 from a fellow reefer!!

I really like the green monti as well. I got a red monti frag in and waiting to see how it grows out. I have it about 8" from 192W of PC, so hopefully it'll get enough light still to show it's color off well and grow out instead of up.
I don't think I've ever seen one of the elephant ear corals before; really looks like it'll add some nice variety to the tank.
Great finds
