What kind of rock is that? I like the colors. Do you have any substrate (sand or crushed coral)? It doesn't look like it from the pix.

It is fiji from a wedsite other than this. I got a good deal on it. I think. That pic was from I just got it and was cureing it. Now I have Pink fiji sand. (sugar size). I took the pic with the flash and I only had a 36in NO floresent bulb. Now I have PC.
Here's how my LR and tank came along.
It went from that to this.

that fish is a domino. I wish I never put him in there. I tried to take him out with no luck. Not mean or anything. Atleast for now.
I tried SW a few years back but gave up. Now I know alot more about the hobby. I started out alot better by not listening to LFS.
This is only a start. I'm going to get some coarls in a few months. I'm just getting fish that help keep up my tank.

ejensen, Did you use paint for your background? What kind or color is it? Looks great!

I heard if you put more than one yellow tang in a tank, there is a good chance they will be aggressive toward each other. However, the same source claimed you can have a blue, or purple one with a yellow and they won't be as likely to be aggressive toward each other... any truth to that???
BTW, I like your setup. Man, I love this board. I get so many ideas from it! Thanks guys and gals.

It is an acrylic tank with a dark blue background. I really like it. I hate the glass tanks because of the fake backgrounds. I have a new glass 20 gal as a hotel for new arrivals. I'm going to paint it. I'll post pics when I'm done.
