Some Type of Eggs?

We found this on our aquarium glass this evening. I know I have seen postings of similar pictures on earlier threads, and I think they are some type of egg.
Any ideas?

Not meaning to hijack, but I had similar eggs, albeit not all touching like that. I have a bunch of nassarius vibex and "mud snails" and a single certh. I've now found 1 baby certh (talking the size of a pencil point) and a few baby nass snails. Can you tell me, can a certh make babys without 2 ?

I have no idea, but I would assume it would take 2...
