HI I need Help, I like to keep My purple lobster but he has killed a fish,eaten like 5-10 snails and 5-10 scarlet hermits, has ripped the arms off one of my stars and i think he ate one of my cleaner shrimp ( has yet to be found). I have fed him 1 shrimp per night plus he eats the food that fall to the bottom of my tank. I have moved him to the bottom of my wet dry till i can find a peacefull place or keep him peacfully in my FOWLR. I would Love to Keep him But I cant afford To keep induring These loses. And he does not seem happy in the bottom of my wet dry ( under bio balls ). What else can i do to keep him? I know he likes darkness and were my wet/dry is its always dark. does he need light?

maybe you can set him up in a small 10-20 gal tank without fish in it maybe something that can be utilized for newly purchased corals or macro algae cultivation.

They don't need light for anything...
best thing is if you could set up a 10-20gal fuge, connected in line with the tank
