someone please help me with my clowns :(

I bought 2 false percula clowns 2 days ago and one of them is swimming a little funny and not eating. The other seems to be fine. I went to the pet store and bought the pellets that they were feeding them but i had no luck. I also tried to soak the food in garlic to entice them to eat. Nothing is working. The one who isn't eating also layed on his side on the bottom during the day. Help please :(

Try feeding them thawed out Mysis shrimp or Brine shrimp, Mysis is an appetite stimulator and should help the clown to get his hunger back. How long have you had them in the tank, and how long has the tank been established?

yeah i have checked the water. nitrite spiked to .05 ppm from 0 when i added them, the tank has been up for over a month and a half. I had a damsel in it for 2 weeks after it finished cycling and then damsel did fine.
