someone please respond adding sand

i added sand to a tank that has rock and a few fish ...it i svery cloudy will everything be alright? is there something else i could do?

it should be ok. that happened to me and i waited 1 night and i didnt see a difference so i took out 70% of the water.. it was right when i started my tank so it didnt matter. but everything looked nice when i came back from school. sometimes when i move the sand around to make it look fresher the cloudy stuff comes up again.

Turn off your powerheads and the sand should settle ( you rinsed the sand first , right) it will take a little time but not alot.HTH
