Something ate my star polyps will they probally eat zoos?

I bought rock from a LFS a while back and it had some star polyps on... Days later they were gone... I suspect from my peppermint shrimp but dont know for sure, i dont know if hermits would eat them...
But im thinking about buying some zoos from this site... UNLESS whatever ate my polyps will eat my new zoos.

my yellow tang used to eat my star polyps

hmmm we didnt have a tang at the time.... they were very very small star polyps.. I really want to get some zoos to add some more color to my tank but i dont wanna throw away money if this thing is gonna eat it.

That is a tough call....all I can say is maybe try a frag from someone and see. Don't blow the bank on something fancy quite yet.
