While moving a piece of lr the other day,i found a baby brittle starfish, about 1 in wide and white. But sunday morn i turned the light on,there was something about 1/16in wide by 3/8 in long.it was white in color, a pic is going to be impossible, this thing was swimmimg like it was jet propelled. i lost it somewhere,i don't know if it went into the sand or lr. any ideas???

could be any number of things. some bristle worms are whits and swim at night until they get bigger. but there are hundreds of possibilities of what it could be.

some of the small white ones the may actually be a different type of worm but look simliar to a bristle worm thats why I call them that LOL . but they can and do swim but normally on when they are small.
but I have never seen any ill effects of them.
are they deffinately this I dont know but sounds like them
