something swarming in the tank ?!?!?

What are these things and why are they doing this ? I have pretty much identified them as "pods" from the other posts. They used to be attached to the rocks, then they got blown off by the powerheads and attached to the glass. Then they got moved due to glass cleaning.
Tonight I went in after the light were out and it looked like they were attacking a hermit. I turned the lights on and they dispersed.
DESCRIPTION: They look like little bitty brine shrimp with no noticeable legs. They look like the "mold" referred to in other posts but I have never seen this before !!!

That sounds like a loaded answer viper !!! :D
After my night, I need to get loaded. Anyone for meeting at the bar in say 30 ?

In most cases either are a good sign. Copapods are a good thing period, but I have heard of mysis getting out of hand before in reef tanks. Nothing that couldn't be cured by adding a good mysis preditor.
