Soooo..... how do i keep the cat hair OUT of the aquarium

Always could do it the way I keep my cat hair out of the tank..... get rid of your cat!!! :flamed:
Seriously, I have LH dogs (no cats), I keep them well brushed (helps keep free floating hairs down). Or even a fine mesh netting of some sort to help collect them.

I have egg crate on top of my tank...my dogs are so hairy. I put screen mesh attached by little zip ties on it. Air can reach the tank but not hair.

I was gonna suggest not bathing the cat in the fish tank...
The odd piece of cat hair isn't going to crash the tank just net the stuff out if you see it.

HMMM... should i have a mech top on my tank? right now i have a plastic top, was planning to get a glass top soon but maby i should get mech insted? where can i get a mech top for 4 foot long aquarium?
