I have a 3 gallon nano tank. I set it up yesterday. I have 5 triggers, 3 hippo tangs, and a couple of goldfish. My picasso triggerfish does not have enough room to keep his head underwater. If I keep his head wet will he be okay.

Yea he should be fine. I think you also might be able to fit some kind of shark and an eel in there.

Some LR would help. 5 or 6 pounds should do the trick!
