Anyone find this stuff in Ohio...recently? I need to find some. Any other places carry it or an equivalent.

Unfortunately Home Depot doesn't carry it in this area. Maybe if you go to one and ask them to order it they will??? It's also under the name of Old Castle or YardRight. It's still called Caribean Play Sand though...I think. If you find a local place...please post it...I need some too!:happyfish

Forget it, I tried all around North Florida, where it's warm....No dice...Bite the bullet and get the sand from your LFS..It sux paying 1$ a pound for sand.

Whoa, if the bag says "Not recommended for aquariums" then I would definately not use the stuff no matter what anyone tells you.

It is fine I promise. The not for aquarium use is for caribsea. They made them put that on there since it is the same exact thing caribsea sells So they wouldnt loose there money. Anyone that has used it "ALOT" will tell you its fine. You can even use silica based sand as long as it is pure silica based and not mix.

FALSE.
It says that because the sand is also sold as Carribsea sand at like $40 for a 5lb bag... that's the only difference.
